Q: Are my bookings details safe?
A: Yes, when you book with us you details and the guarantee details are protected by a secure link and security vault.

Q: Is there adequate parking?
A: Yes, each unit is allocated a site park.

Q: What is the distance to the airport?
A: Approximately 2.5 km, 8 minutes drive.

Q: Is it safe to get around?
A: Most definately night or day.  Streets are well lit, taxis and buses run at regular intervals.

Q: Is it possible to have a late check in?
A: Yes, by arrangement or ring the door bell.

Q: Is it possible for a late checkout?
A: Yes, by arrangement.  Fee apply.

Q: Is there a medical service nearby?
A: Bega & Pambula Hospital and a medical centre 100 metres away from motor inn.

Q: Do I have to pay for the booking upfront?
A: We do not always asked for payment upfront, we do require some guarantee for the contractual booking, usually by holding credit details.

Q: Can we do tours and how would we go about arranging?
A: We organise at the point of sale through our tour office at reception.

Q: Do you have any day trips?
A: Yes, we can arrange Whale watching trip; fishing etc.

Q: Do you do weekly specials?
A: Yes, packages and specials are displayed on the website or by simply phoning.
